What To Expect During A Treatment

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Many patients achieve clear, visible results in just 2 to 4 treatments. However, up to 6 treatments sessions may be administered. You will need to wait at least one month in between sessions.

How Long Do The Results Last?

Belkyra® permanently destroys fat cells beneath the chin and therefore, the fat will not grow back in that area.

As long as you maintain a healthy diet and exercise, there is little risk of you developing a double chin in the future. Even though the fat cells have been destroyed, you do have them located elsewhere. So, while the fat might not be in the same exact location, if you do not take care of yourself, you still risk having some fat return into adjacent areas.

Are There Any Side-Effects?

As with any treatment there are possible side effects that can happen such as pain, redness, swelling and bruising.

What Is The Cost?
